By charging everyone admission we finally have an accurate count of exactly how many guests are inside our facility and we are able to control how many people we let in for every session and this allows us to properly staff each position to accomodate a specific number of people. The main reason we have kept this policy in place is crowd control and proper staffing. We started this policy during COVID due to capacity restrictions however we decided to keep it in place for a variety of reasons. The only 'new' policy' we have is that everyone pays admission. We have had the 'no outside food/drink' policy since we opened our doors back in 2013. It would be similar to bringing your own food into a restaurant and I think we both can agree, that would be weird.

Our business model is very similar to that of a movie theater where everyone needs a ticket to get in and we do not allow outside food/drinks because we sell food/drinks inside our facility. I will absolutely come back here for another party.I can understand your frustration and thank you for taking the time to voice your concerns to us. This is a super minor thing and didn't detract from the party. So our boys were over playing in the arcade and missed the happy birthday announcement and the first half of the birthday boys requested song. We didn't know when they were going to play the birthday kids songs. The only critique I have it would be nice to give the parties a heads up for when the 'birthday announcement' will be. And there is a small play area for little ones on the other side of the arcade. I have no complaints! There is also plenty of room in the private room for parents to hang out while the kids roll. And everything from set up to clean up was taken care of for us! Literally- just show up.

the 'party hero's' that were assigned to our party, Jill and Hannah, didn't miss a beat and treated the very small party with as much excitement and energy you would expect for a full house! Jill and Hannah were outstanding! The pizza was yummy. It includes up to 15 guests (though you can add more for a fixed price per head) only 3 kids came. Bills Lounge for our son's 11th birthday.
